Do you offer a trial?

Yes! We offer a 2-week trial HERE. You'll meet our team and experience our Small Group Training workouts during this time. This is a great way to see if bStrong is the right fit for you.

Do you offer personal training and small group training?

Yes! We offer both:

What’s the difference between Small Group Training and 1-on-1 Training?

  • Personal Training (1-on-1 or 2-on-1):

    • Workouts are fully customized to your goals.

    • Ideal if you have significant limitations or past injuries, or prefer a private setting.

    • You’ll receive hands-on coaching and real-time adjustments throughout your session.

  • Small Group Personal Training (3-6 people):

    • Our most popular option—providing expert coaching at a more affordable price.

    • Many of the same benefits as 1-on-1 Training, but you’ll share a coach with a few other members.

    • Full-body strength program focused on strength, posture, balance, and core.

    • Workouts are customized to your ability level, with progress tracking.

    • Each person has their own equipment and target weights—you train at your own pace.

    • Adjustments are made based on experience, fitness level, and injuries.

How are your workouts different than group HIIT Classes?

  • No, our small group workouts are personal training sessions in a small group format.

  • You won’t be sharing equipment.

  • Your weights, goals, and progress will be tracked, and you’ll know exactly how much weight and reps to do.

  • You’ll get individualized attention and feedback on your technique from our certified personal trainers.

Who are your coaches?

We have some of the best in the industry!

  • All coaches are certified by nationally recognized organizations.

  • Many hold degrees in fitness-related fields.

  • Each coach undergoes extensive training to ensure top-tier coaching.

What if I have a previous injury?

We modify workouts to accommodate all types of injuries and limitations.
For example:
✔️ Knee injuries? We’ll swap out running/jumping for joint-friendly alternatives.
✔️ Back, shoulder, hip, foot, or wrist pain? We’ve seen it all and can adjust accordingly.

If you have very limited ability or major movement restrictions, Personal Training may be a great option.

What if I have very specific goals?

It depends on your goals:

  • If you have highly specific training needs, Personal Training is the way to go.

  • If you want to get stronger and improve endurance, core strength, balance, body composition, and overall fitness, Small Group Training is likely a great fit—at a more affordable price.

Do you have showers?

Yes! Our locker rooms include:

✔️ Other toiletries

Do you have free parking?

Yes! We offer street and garage parking:

  • Avalon Studio – Retail parking spots + "bStrong" designated spots inside the Avalon garage.

  • Elements Location – Free 3-hour garage parking under the building.

    • You’ll need to register upon arrival or use the ParkMobile app to pre-register.

  • Redmond Location - Free retail parking is available in the Eastline parking garage. Check signage if registration is necessary.

How long are workouts?

Each session runs 50-55 minutes.

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?

Yes! All workouts are appointment-based—we do not allow walk-ins.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Personal Training: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Small Group Training: Cancel at least 2 hours before the workout to reschedule.

Do you offer Open Gym time?

Not at this time—our space is dedicated to coached training sessions.

What times do you offer Small Group & Personal Training?

Our schedule adjusts based on demand, but we offer sessions throughout the day, including:

Is the gym air-conditioned?

Are your workouts like CrossFit?

Our training has some similarities, but we are not affiliated with CrossFit.

  • We focus on strength training & HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).

  • We teach powerlifts (deadlifts, squats, bench press) but do NOT focus on Olympic lifts.

  • If you like CrossFit-style training, you’ll likely enjoy our workouts.

  • You’ll focus on beating your own past performance, not competing against others.

Do you sell food?

We partner with Fuller Nutrifuel, a meal prep service that delivers delicious, ready-to-eat meals directly to our gym.
