bStrong Redmond is a coach-led small group personal training gym focused on strength training for beginners and busy adults. Sessions are limited to a small group so your coach can guide your form, track your progress, and adjust workouts to your level. Most members train 2-3 times per week and follow a structured program so they don't have to guess what to do.
What is bStrong Redmond?
We run small group personal training, not classes.
Each session is coached from start to finish
You follow a structured strength program
Your weights and progress are tracked every session
Everything is adjusted to your level
You're not guessing. You're not following a screen. You're working with a coach who knows what you should be doing that day.
What kind of training does bStrong Redmond offer?
Each session is about 50 minutes and follows a simple structure:
Warm-up to get you moving well
Strength training (your main lifts for the day)
Accessory work to support those lifts
Finisher for conditioning
You'll have your own station, your own weights, and a coach guiding you the entire time.
What does a typical session look like?
This is worth calling out because it's one of the things members notice most.
Your coach tracks your working weights every session - not just whether you showed up. When an exercise comes back the following week, your coach gives you a target weight based on what you lifted last time and how that set looked. You're not guessing, and you're not stuck lifting the same weight forever.
If something feels off that day - your back is tight, you're running on four hours of sleep - your coach adjusts in real time. The targets are a starting point, not a rigid rule.
Most people who've trained on their own say this is the biggest difference. You walk in, your plan is already on the screen, and your coach tells you where to start.
How does bStrong track your progress?
This is a good fit if you:
Are new to strength training
Tried a gym before and didn't know what to do
Are getting back into fitness after time off
Sit most of the day and want to feel stronger
Work a busy schedule and need structure
Want coaching without paying for full 1-on-1
If you're not sure where to start, read our beginner strength training guide.
Most of our Redmond members are working professionals from Redmond, Kirkland, and the surrounding Eastside. We're located in downtown Redmond near Redmond Way and the surrounding tech campuses, with easy parking in the Eastline Grand garage.
Who is bStrong Redmond a good fit for?
Most group fitness classes are fast-paced and the same workout for everyone.
At bStrong:
Your weights are tracked and progress over time
You move at your own pace
Coaches adjust exercises to your level
The focus is strength, not just sweating
It's closer to personal training, just in a small group setting.
How is this different from OrangeTheory, F45, or a regular gym?
Your first step is a 3-week trial for $99 - see full pricing and membership options here. That includes:
6 small group personal training sessions
A consultation call before you start
An Intro Ramp-Up session on Saturday (a low-pressure intro to help you feel confident before jumping into regular workouts)
An InBody body composition scan
Access to our nutrition resources
No long-term commitment. Just a chance to see if it's a good fit.
What's included in the 3-week trial?
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Most people start as beginners or after time off. Everything is adjusted to your level.
How many people are in each session?
Typically 2-6 people (average around 3-4). Small enough for real coaching, not overwhelming.
How often should I train?
Most members train 2-3 times per week.
Is this good for beginners?
Yes. This is designed specifically for beginners and people who want guidance. Your coach adjusts weights, exercises, and intensity to where you are right now.
How does weight tracking work?
Your coach logs your working weights every session. When an exercise comes back the following week, you get a target based on what you lifted last time. You'll see your plan on the screen when you walk in.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the Eastline Grand garage. You'll validate your license plate when you arrive.
How do I get started?
Start with the 3-week trial. You'll book a call, come in for your first session, and we'll guide you from there.
