Small Group Personal Training

The Workouts
We focus on functional strength training, mobility, balance, coordination, core, posture, and flexibility. These are not random workouts – we program in progressive 4-week cycles using a variety of sets and reps. Not only will you get stronger week over week, but you’ll learn new skills and improve your technique to continue challenging yourself and getting better.
Each member gets their own squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, bands, TRX, etc. So no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, you can work at the appropriate level and build from there. It’s still “personal” training but with a few other supportive members around you.
Do you have injuries or limitations that you’re concerned about? We can make modifications and find movements that work for your body in a safer, more comfortable way. And if you’re extra concerned about it, we also offer 1-on-1 training (see below).
Accountability
Just like our 1-on-1 training, we'll track your weights and set personalized targets for each exercise, so you always know exactly what to lift and can see your progress over time. No more guessing how much weight to use!
Plus, our members get free access to our InBody scanner to monitor body composition changes, ensuring you’re building lean muscle and supporting long-term health and metabolism.
Consistency
Our Small Group Training approach (and our general approach to health) revolves around consistency. It’s impossible to make long-term progress without forming good habits.
It’s not about setting huge records on every single set. It’s about making small, incremental progress over time. You’ll definitely work hard, but we’re not trying to crush you every workout. We want you to be able to live the rest of your life feeling strong and energized throughout the day.
Group Energy and Motivation
We’ve seen over the years that most people do better in a group environment where there’s more energy and more community support. We’re not competing with each other - we’re competing with ourselves to get better week after week.

3x/Week Training
Best option for a complete week’s worth of strength training, including full-body workouts and high-intensity intervals.
$429 + tax per 4-week cycle
2x/Week Training
$339 + tax per 4-week cycle
Best option to complement your already-active lifestyle, and build more durability in your other activities, with full-body strength training and proper coaching on technique and safety.
1x/Week Training
$189 + tax per 4-week cycle
Best option to add to your current endurance or HIIT training program.
