The Workouts
We focus on functional strength, mobility, balance, core, posture, and flexibility — the stuff that helps you move and feel better in real life. Our workouts follow structured, 4-week progressive cycles (not random workouts), so you’re always building momentum. Week after week, you’ll get stronger, improve your form, and level up your fitness with purpose.
Everyone gets their own setup — squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, bands, TRX, and more — so you’re never waiting for equipment or lost in the crowd. Whether you’re just starting or lifting for years, our coaches tailor every workout to your level. It’s personal training, just with a small crew beside you to keep it fun and motivating.
Got an old injury or something that doesn’t feel quite right? We’ve got you. Our coaches are skilled at modifying movements so you can train safely and confidently, without pushing through pain. Whether it’s your knees, back, shoulders, or anything else — we’ll help you find what works for your body and keep you progressing.
Accountability
Just like our 1-on-1 training, we track your weights and set personalized targets for each workout, so you always know exactly what to lift — no more guessing. You’ll see real, measurable progress week after week.
Plus, all members get free access to our InBody scanner to monitor body composition over time — helping you build lean muscle, support your metabolism, and stay motivated with data that actually matters.

Our entire approach is built around consistency — because that’s what drives real results. It’s not about crushing yourself every workout; it’s about showing up, building habits, and making steady progress.
You’ll work hard, but we train smart — so you leave each session feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

3x/Week Training
Our most complete option — full-body strength training, smart conditioning, and consistent progress. Ideal for building strength, muscle, and energy that lasts all week.
$429 + tax per 4-week cycle
2x/Week Training
$339 + tax per 4-week cycle
Perfect if you're already active. Add structured strength training to support your other workouts and stay injury-resistant, with expert coaching to fine-tune your form.
1x/Week Training
$189 + tax per 4-week cycle
A great supplement to running, cycling, or HIIT. Build foundational strength and balance out your routine with focused, full-body training once a week.
