1-on-1

10-pack: $120/session + tax

Is it your first time at bStrong? Get a 5-pack for $500 + tax for a limited time.

2-on-1 (PArtner)

10-pack: $80/person/session + tax

Is it your first time at bStrong? Get a 5-pack for $350/person + tax for a limited time.

Our 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training availability is currently very limited – we’d recommend checking out our Small Group Personal Training (Semi-Private Training) as another option if your current availability doesn’t fit our openings. We work with a lot of beginners and can make modifications for specific injuries.
