Membership Extended Hold Form

1 week’s notice is required to place an Extended Hold.
Holds can last a maximum of 3 months.
There is no fee associated with this hold.
Your timeslot will not be reserved when you return. We will share current availability at the end of your hold.
Holds can only be used once every 6 months of membership (with at least 6 months between holds).
No sessions can be used during a hold.
The holds work by shifting your billing date, not by prorating your charge amount. So your normal billing cycle will be frozen during the hold, and then unfrozen at the end.
