We’re excited for you to join us! Here’s some helpful info to make sure you’re ready for your first workout.

What should I bring?

We recommend wearing athletic clothing and shoes, and bringing a water bottle. We have towels (both workout and shower) available, as well as exercise mats.

What should I eat?

It’s helpful to eat something before your workout, especially when you’re first starting out. It doesn’t need to be a large meal, but getting some food in your stomach can help prevent lightheadedness and low blood sugar. We have some helpful tips on pre-workout nutrition in this video.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can show you around and have you fill out the waiver.

Where do I park?

If you’re driving, you’ll want to set yourself up on the ParkMobile App before arriving. We’re located at:

989 112th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004

How do I book sessions?

If you haven’t already done so, we recommend booking at least your first 3 sessions up front. You have the ability to book up to 2 weeks in advance. You can book on the app or browser.

How does the waitlist work?

If a session is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens up and you are next on the list, you will be moved into that spot, and you’ll receive a text/email notification.  

If you CANNOT make it, you need to cancel yourself ASAP so you do not lose your session, and so the next person on the waitlist can make it into class. 

Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 2 hours before the start of the workout. So if you’re on the waitlist, you should receive a notification at least 2 hours before your workout time.
