Small Group Memberships
CONTRACT
Small Group Memberships are auto-renewing 4-week contracts. Your account will be charged every 4 weeks. Payments are required to keep your account active and to allow you to book up your session limit, which is determined by your membership. Payments are not made for packages of sessions.
Termination
To terminate your membership, you must provide bStrong with written notice at least 2 weeks before the desired cancellation date. The Cancellation Form is available at Membership Cancelation Form — bStrong Personal Training.
Membership Structure
Billing and Membership Term: Your membership is billed every 4 weeks and is structured as a 16-week term in Zen Planner. You may terminate within a 16-week term with at least 2 weeks’ written notice before your next billing date.
Session Entitlement: Provided all payments are current, you may attend up to X sessions (16 for 1x/week, 32 for 2x/week, and 48 for 3x/week) during each 16-week membership term. This membership does not constitute the purchase of a session package for indefinite use but establishes a maximum number of sessions you may attend while the membership is active.
Session Management and Cancellation: To avoid forfeiture, you must cancel any missed session at least 2 hours before the scheduled time via the Zen Planner app (not by phone call, email, or text message). Sessions that are unattended or canceled within the 2-hour notice period will be forfeited. You are responsible for managing and scheduling your sessions through the Zen Planner system.
Session Validity and Renewal: Sessions are valid only within the current 16-week membership term. Any unused sessions at the end of the term will not carry over to the next term. Upon renewal, a new 16-week term will commence, and the session limit will reset.
Extra Sessions and Membership Adjustments
Extra Sessions: Session limits are in effect for the current 16-week term. Unused sessions cannot be carried over to a new term.
Membership Adjustments: Membership cannot be paused, downgraded, or canceled to use extra sessions. Unused sessions will not be transferred to new memberships. Unused or extra sessions cannot be used to prorate, reimburse, or adjust regular membership fees.
How to adjust your schedule
Cancel your original appointment on the Zen Planner app or browser.
Book your new session (we do not allow walk-ins). You can view the schedule on the app and book into any openings. You can book up to 1 week in advance.

HOLDS
Short-Term Breaks
For shorter vacations/breaks (for example, if you’re traveling or sick), you can cancel yourself from the schedule (must be canceled at least 2 hours before the start of the session) and use those sessions anytime within your 16-week membership. Memberships are booked in 16-week blocks to provide a longer timeframe to use extra sessions. When your membership renews every 16 weeks, extra sessions will not carry over. You can view your remaining sessions and expiration date by following these steps.

Membership Hold (up to 4 weeks)
You may hold your account for up to 4 weeks and maintain your recurring timeslot. For up to 2 weeks, there is no fee. For holds between 2-4 weeks, there will be a $50+tax fee to hold your recurring timeslot - applied on the first day of your hold. One hold can be used every 6 months of membership.

Membership Extended Hold (up to 3 months)
For holds longer than 4 weeks, you pause your account for up to 3 months. There is no fee, and we will not be able to hold your timeslot. A return date is required. We will check in 1-week before your return date to share the current availability.

Membership Cancellations
If you return in the future, current membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as rates are subject to change.

CHANGING MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships require a 2-week notice to change memberships (for example, changing from 3x/week to 2x/week). Unused sessions will not carry over when downgrading memberships. You may also need to choose a new schedule (for example, move out of a Mon/Wed/Fri slot and into a Tue/Thu slot). You can complete this form to request a membership change.
REMINDER ON CONTRACT TERMINATION
